By accessing or using the Hingoli Hub mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Hingoli Hub is operated by Hingoli Hub, located in Hingoli, Maharashtra, India.
2. Description of Service
Hingoli Hub is a local marketplace platform that enables users in the Hingoli district to:
- Find and book local home services (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
- Buy and sell new and used products
- Discover local businesses (shops, restaurants, clinics)
- Find and post job opportunities
- Make secure online payments for purchases
- Communicate with sellers via in-app chat and voice calls
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid phone number for OTP verification
- Your name and other required profile information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Conduct
When using Hingoli Hub, you agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
5. Listings and Transactions
Users who post listings ("Sellers") are responsible for:
- Providing accurate descriptions and images of products/services
- Pricing items fairly and transparently
- Fulfilling orders and delivering products as described
- Responding to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
Users who make purchases ("Buyers") should:
- Review listings carefully before making purchases
- Make payments through the platform's secure payment system
- Communicate any issues with sellers promptly
6. In-App Communication
Hingoli Hub provides in-app messaging and voice calling features to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers:
- Chat: Text messaging between users regarding listings and orders.
- Voice Calls: Direct voice calling within the app without sharing phone numbers.
When using communication features, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Use communication features for spam or solicitation
- Record calls without consent from all parties
We reserve the right to monitor communications to ensure platform safety and may take action against users who violate these guidelines.
7. Payments
Payment Processing: All payments on Hingoli Hub are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and authorize the transaction.
Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
8. Fees and Charges
Hingoli Hub may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:
- Transaction fees on sales
- Premium listing features
- Promotional services
All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete any transaction.
9. Refund Policy
Important: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds, cancellations, and returns. Generally, refunds are only processed in specific circumstances as outlined in that policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The Hingoli Hub platform, including its design, logos, features, and content, is owned by Hingoli Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
Content you post on the platform remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of our services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hingoli Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy or quality of listings posted by users
- That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The conduct or reliability of other users
12. Limitation of Liability
Hingoli Hub acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:
- Disputes between users
- Quality of products or services provided by sellers
- Losses arising from transactions between users
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
13. Account Termination & Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
How to Delete Your Account:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hingoli, Maharashtra.
