5. Voice Calling Technology
In-App Voice Calls: We use ZEGO Cloud technology to enable secure in-app voice calling between buyers and sellers. This allows users to communicate directly without sharing personal phone numbers.
Call Data: Voice calls are encrypted end-to-end. Hingoli Hub does not record or store voice call content. ZEGO Cloud processes call data solely to facilitate the connection and ensure call quality.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information:
- With other users as necessary to facilitate transactions (e.g., seller contact information shared with buyers)
- With service providers who assist in our operations (hosting, analytics, payment processing)

The Hingoli Hub mobile app requests the following permissions:
- Internet & Network: To connect to our servers and display marketplace content.

- Location: To auto-fill business location when creating listings. Location is only accessed when you tap "Use Current Location."
- Microphone: To enable voice calling between buyers and sellers within the app.
- Bluetooth: To support Bluetooth headsets during voice calls.
- Display Over Other Apps: To show incoming call notifications when the app is in background.
- Vibration: To alert you of incoming calls and notifications.
You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.
